Over the past two years Evergreen Reputation has worked predominantly in the building and management of communities for places across London.

 

We are the project managers of Urban Partners (the business partnership for Euston, King’s Cross and St Pancras), are the Events and Activation Manager for Lendlease’s International Quarter London development in Stratford and manage the social media and digital presence for the Victoria Business Improvement District.

 

Lendlease

Since October 2017 Evergreen Reputation has fulfilled the role of Activation Delivery Manager for LendLease's International Quarter London development.

Evergreen conducted a full review of the existing activation and enlivenment strategy, updated it and oversaw its implementation.

Highlights of delivery have included:

  • Christmas activations

  • Creation of a Summer Lawn (multicoloured astro turf area) pop-up summer garden

  • The installation of Calico. a pop up bar/cafe/community space from May - October

  • IQL Total and Weekends - A series of 60 wellbeing activities and events targeting employees and the local community.

Victoria bid

The Victoria Business Improvement District (Victoria BID) is a business-led and -funded body formed to support economic growth in Victoria and to create a vibrant destination for those who work, visit or live there.

Evergreen Reputation was first hired in November 2015 to look after Victoria BID’s three social media channels. Having demonstrated a solid understanding of the BID and securing strong engagement on social media, Evergreen were then tasked with the wider digital communications activity, including their website and newsletter.

Because of Evergreen Reputation’s work, the Victoria BID website now has over 17k visitors and nearly 50k page views a month (in comparison to 2k visitors and 11k views in 2016) the newsletter has an average open rate of 25%, Twitter followers have increased by 54%, Facebook engagements by 30% and Instagram followers by 493%.

Evergreen has worked with LCR since May 2017 to deliver the communications activity for the Leake Street Arches development, underneath Waterloo station, that opened in Spring 2018.

We manage LCR's PR, social media and website as well as facilitating their monthly tenant engagement forums. In addition to launching LCR's Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, we also oversaw the launch of the new website and manage it on a day to day basis.

In 2018, Leake Street Arches had 245 pieces of press coverage, won awards at the NLA and London Infrastructure Award ceremonies and saw over 22,000 users visit the website. Evergreen have also worked hard to build a strong community between the developments tenants, the graffiti artists and the surround area.

Urban Partners

Since January 2016, Evergreen Reputation have been the Project Managers for Urban Partners, the voluntary partnership for King's Cross, Euston and St Pancras.

We designed the website and have managed it on an ongoing basis, created a newsletter which we distribute monthly with an average open rate of over 40% and took over management of the social media accounts.

We have increased followers of Urban Partners Twitter account by 465% and engagement by 414%, Instagram followers have increased by 295% and engagement by 538%.

Evergreen has also run three employee networks (with over 250 members) and has project managed the development of environmental initiatives, established a Homework Club for young people with Eurostar and other partners, delivered a sustainability conference and deliver two Youth Careers Expos for local young people. We have also run regular football competitions, established a film club and yoga club as well as set up a volunteering programme for employees of member businesses.
